In the final stage of adoption, you will receive an opinion on the expediency of the adoption, and its conformity with the child’s interests.
This opinion is formed on the basis of all the information collected during the adoption process, including meetings, conversations, interviews and documentation.
The opinion on the expediency of the adoption is drawn up by the Children’s Service at the child’s place of residence, and signed by the head of the raion, city district state administration in Kyiv and Sevastopol, executive body of the city, or city district (if any) council.
