At the final stage of the adoption process, you receive a conclusion on the advisability of the adoption and its compliance with the best interests of the child.
This conclusion is prepared on the basis of all information collected during the adoption process, including meetings, conversations, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion on the advisability of adoption is prepared by the Children’s Service at the child’s place of residence and is signed by the head of the district state administration in the city of Kyiv or the executive body of a city, district-in-city (where established), village, or settlement council.
